Acrobatic Dance combines the beauty of dance with the thrill of acrobatics! Our instructor helps dancers learn moves like bridges, splits, cartwheels, walkovers and tumbling, along with dance skills like turns, jumps, kicks and exciting choreography. Each class is a chance to build strength, creativity, and confidence!

MEET YOUR COACH
Lizelle was born and raised in Pretoria. In 2016, she opened the doors of iMove Dance Academy in Pretoria, where she taught until the end of 2023. While teaching there, the academy became home to multiple National Acrobatic Champions and title-winning dancers. Lizelle is a qualified instructor with the Acrobatic Federation of South Africa and holds an international qualification with Acrobatic Arts.
Deeply passionate about teaching and mentoring the youth, Lizelle takes pride in creating a safe and supportive space where her students can thrive.
